Adlink Technology Inc announced that the Company's sub-subsidiary, ADLINK Technology (Europe) GmbH, has signed a share purchase agreement with shareholders of LiPPERT Embedded Computers GmbH (LiPPERT), to invest approximately EUR 7 million to acquire a 100% stake in LiPPERT.
ADLINK bought the German company LiPPERT EmbeddedComputers GmbH,  in an amount of 7 million euro,  stockholding for 100%.
LIPPERT's excellent designing technology background, well-established selling networks, and branding, believe to bring a speedy growth for ADLINK's marketing share in the European market.
