The dissolution of the GE and FANUC joint venture has been finalized

Dear Customer,
I am pleased to address you today as the CEO of GE Intelligent Platforms. I am able to do this because our agreement to dissolve the GE and FANUC joint venture has been finalized. We signed the agreement in Chicago last Friday, and we are now operating independently under our new name GE Intelligent Platforms.
