TEWS TECHNOLOGIES today announced the TPMC310, a conduction cooled PMC (PCI Mezzanine Card) CAN solution that provides two complete CAN bus interfaces using Philips SJA100 CAN controllers. The TPMC310 is ruggedized for harsh environmental conditions including COTS (commercial-off-the-shelf), industrial, and transportation applications.

Duesseldorf, Germany -23.5.2008  ADLINK Technology Inc. introduced the new ECS-8582-4S multi-slot ExpressCard®-to-PCI extension systems, offering expandability to four PCI slots. The ECS-8582 series extends 5 V and 3.3 V PCI slots from an ExpressCard®-based laptop computer via a shielded cable connection up to seven meters (23 feet) in length. PCI devices installed in the extension system behave and work as if they are directly installed in the host system and do not require any additional driver or software installation.

New Acromag Europe office in Switzerland will service growing European, Middle Eastern and African markets for embedded I/O products.

Wixom, MI:  To keep pace with expanding markets for embedded I/O boards in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Acromag has opened a new international office located near Zurich, Switzerland. Acromag is a leading manufacturer of data acquisition, industrial control, and FPGA computing products on VME, PCI, CompactPCI, PMC and Industry Pack formats. The new European office is headed by Stefan Baginski, Sales Representative – EMEA Region, who brings a wealth of engineering and marketing experience in embedded computing technologies and numerous industries including defense, aerospace, manufacturing, scientific research, and telecommunication. Acromag’s new Swiss office will provide support for existing sales channels in Europe, but will also be able to provide direct technical support throughout the EMEA market. Acromag Europe will be available to assist customers in projects from development to production of complex systems and their solutions.

Düsseldorf, Germany – The board of ADLINK Technology adopted a
resolution today to acquire 100% shareholding of Ampro Computer Inc.(“Ampro”).  
ADLINK will acquire a total of 39,743,137 common shares in Ampro (representing 100% of Ampro's shareholding) with a total investment amount of US$20 million. The relevant Share Purchase Agreements have been executed by and between ADLINK International, a 100% holding subsidiary of ADLINK and the shareholders of Ampro today and the closing is expected to take place upon the completion of specified conditions.
